PUPSICLES & PUPSICLE TOPPERS

Once you receive your Pupsicles, immediately place them in the freezer. Our Pupsicles are frozen and will melt if placed outside the freezer for a prolonged period of time. Best place to store your Pupsicles is in the back of the freezer where it's the coldest!

PUPSICLES COOKIES

Since our Pupsicles Cookies do not contain any preservatives, they are best placed in the freezer for a longer shelf life. Our Cookies will last up to 6 months in the freezer and only up to 2 weeks in the refridgerator.

PUPSICLES DOGGHURT

Once you receive your Pupsicles Dogghurt, immediately place them in the refridgerator. You may also transfer the Dogghurt into ice trays and place in the freezer for longer shelf life.

PUPSICLES MIX

Store your Pupsicles Mix in a cool, dry area away from sunlight. You may also place them in the refridgerator for longer shelf life.

Our feeding guide is placed on the packaging of our Pupsicles Product and should not be fed over the recommended amount.

You should always feed Pupsicles to your furbabies in moderation. If it's your furbaby's first time having Pupsicles, it's best to feed half the recommended amount and slowly increase the amount everyday until full recommended amount is being fed. This is to ensure your furbaby's stomach will get used to the ingredients in our Pupsicles Products.

Pupsicles are made out of all natural ingredients so that even the pawrents can try them! We also craft our own yoghurt and peanut butter to ensure that we only provide the good stuff for your furbabies.

Third party deliveries

For third party deliveries, we include insulation to all your orders, which helps keep the Pupsicles frozen for up to 2 hours. We also encourage customers to request for an insulated bag from the riders for extra protection against the heat.

In house deliveries

For in house deliveries, we deliver your Pupsicles in a temperature controlled delivery bag to ensure that your Pupsicles are still frozen when you receive them.

Province deliveries

For province deliveries, we are only able to provide our non perishable items, so you won't have to worry about your Pupsicles melting.

We are available in a few Pet Express stores so you are physically able to buy the products yourself.

We also have a few resellers for cheaper deliveries to your area.
