PICK-UP TIME AND SCHEDULE
- Please provide your number as our dispatch team will contact clients via SMS once orders are ready for dispatch. Kindly wait for our text first.
- Indicate in the ‘special instructions’ when you’d like to have your order picked up. Leave blank if ASAP.
- Pick-up time is between 9am - 5pm.
- We have two locations available (QC & Sucat).
- For parties and special events, we suggest to schedule your pick-ups a day before.
PICK-UP DETAILS
- For courier pick-ups, booking is care of client via their preferred courier. Booking of courier is care of client.
- Insulated box is required.
- Provide your Order Number to your rider.
